Verdict
Placed on his last two starts, Lidar has given the impression he'll appreciate today's longer trip and has to come into the reckoning while Connectivity returned to action with a good second to Extreme Impact at Chepstow and looks capable of better. Prophete De Guye won over fences here last month and can race off a lower mark back over timber, but Whitewater Dash has done all his winning so far over the larger obstacles. PREMIER DES MARAIS found the step up in class beyond him last time, but had won nicely at Huntingdon before that, and he gets the vote back racing at this level.
