Paul Webber's Rhapsody Rose made a winning debut over hurdles at Bangor earlier this month and has to be respected but she faces no easy task against Salut Saint Cloud, who gets the vote with Rumbling Bridge rated the best of the remainder. The selection looked a decent recruit earlier in the campaign when winning at Chepstow and Lingfield, latterly in a Grade 2 contest, and while failing to trouble the judge in three starts since then has still run well in defeat. This represents a drop in class for Gary Moore's gelding who should be too good for Rhapsody Rose. Paul Webber's filly showed respectable form on the flat in Ireland and was making a winning debut for connections when landing that race at Bangor, form on which she holds Mr Lewin. There should be more to come from the four-year-old, who rates a bigger threat than Downing Street who gave little sign of encouragement on his hurdling debut. Rumbling Bridge has improved with each run and has to be respected but Salut Saint Cloud has an obvious chance and gets the vote.
