Algenon gets the vote here with Adecco and Ackhurst also considered. The selection showed good fighting qualities to score last time when he beat Explosive Fox. He remains relatively lightly-raced over fences and he looks the percentage call. Adecco won well on his return from a break last time when he beat River Amora and he goes on the ground so he is another that has to enter calculations. Ackhurst has yet to win under rules but he has won in the point-to-point sphere and he should be capable of getting competitive. Danse Macabre hails from a shrewd yard and he is worth noting in the market, but for the winner we will stick with Algenon.
