In depth

Verdict

Sole Agent can gain reward for consistency with Sasso and Corlande appearing the obvious dangers on the book. Gary Moore's charge was probably unfortunate to run up against a well handicapped rival last time out but he is a consistent enough sort and this trip looks to be about right on what we have seen. Sasso is sure to be popular with Tony McCoy booked. His better form over hurdles and on the flat was seen on faster surfaces than this so his ability to act on this surface has to be taken on trust. Corlande dropped out tamely at Carlisle after making a bad error. His form seems to have fizzled out a wee bit since two victories earlier in the season and he may have something to prove here. Donald Will Do is dropped in trip having failed to cut the mustard over further. Master John won a maiden point a couple of seasons ago but has failed to trouble the judge since tried under rules. An intriguing affair that can go the way of Sole Agent.
