Jack Fuller gets the call here ahead of Red Perk and Dalus Park. A course and distance winner from today's mark in March, Jack Fuller looks set to play his part in proceedings today. Pardini is back to his Uttoxeter 2004 winning mark, while Red Perk is on a more-reasonable chasing mark than for his last two runs and can be given a chance based on hurdling form. Dalus Park is also back to his course and distance winning mark (from January 2004) and, given that he likes it here, has to be respected. Each of Never Awol's three wins has come here but he is six pounds above the best of those victorious ratings. It's Rumoured would hold claims on his best hurdling efforts, and The River Joker is well-weighted based on his course and distrance win of December 2003, but he has not won since. Indian Laburnum is enigmatic but would hold very good claims based on the best of his form of the last 16 months. However, he's looked modest of late. If Maybeseven could turn back the clock 15 months, he could be fancied, but Heartache is seven pounds above a winning mark and has to race from out of the weights. Finally, Mac Dargin is a potential improver but, for the selection, we return to Jack Fuller.
