Sendinpost is the most interesting runner but a chance is taken with SHE'S ON THE CASE ahead of Gentle Caribou who could fare better over this shorter trip. Sendinpost was a useful performer on the level but she hasn't been out since 2007 and made only 800 guineas at the sales in January. Her half-brother, Sendintank, was at home under testing conditions so there's some hope that she'll act on the ground but she's probably best watched. Gentle Caribou is no star but she's run well on two of her three visits to the track and may just have found three miles too far last time so could be worth another chance. Ridley Taylor finished 11 lengths adrift of her in a bumper at the track and could show up well on debut over hurdles whilst Kahsabelle is also worth monitoring but a chance is taken with She's On The Case. Her West Country yard has a good record at the track (although, admittedly, not with their hurdlers) and she made the frame in a modest bumper here when looking in need of a stiffer test. She finished down the field on her hurdling bow but the run is a little better than the bare form suggests and she's entitled to improve for the experience so we'll opt for She's On The Case.
