Useful chaser AIR CHIEF is in great heart at present and was always controlling events when obliging at Ballinrobe earlier this week. He's penalised for that victory and, theoretically, the runner-up that day, Boxer Beat, could well reverse placings now. However, the latter's career record of 0-40 must be a concern. Blue Ridge Lane returned to winning ways at Limerick last week when comfortably outpointing Skimming Stone. The latter is better off here and both are entitled to serious consideration, whilst New Regalia and Greatest are others to take into account in an open contest.
