In depth

Verdict

BOMBER JACKSON gained his first victory over hurdles at Listowel in September before running well at Ballinrobe a few days later. He hasn't run since the following month but should be ready. Gotaway won over fences in January and though unplaced in three starts over timber they can at the beginning of his career and he's progressed since then. Courtin Bb won from a 1lb higher mark at Tramore last summer so should give a good account with her rider's claim to help while Rebel Turn is another to have won from a higher mark and Rachael Blackmore's presence suggests he's not without a chance. Princess Mahler didn't get far at Limerick but wasn't beaten far at Clonmel earlier though she's 11lb higher than her only winning mark.
