      Verdict

      Donnacha O'Brien won this last year and the newcomer Bremen is Coolmore-owned and a full-brother to the very smart Warm Heart and other winners. Versatile is another first-timer to note as he cost €235,000. After a promising debut, Spanish Flame was heavily supported at Roscommon and went well clear from the furlong pole. He has to concede 2lb to PORTLAND and the Ballydoyle colt should have come on enough from his debut at the Curragh to take this though Chicago Fireball stayed on nicely into fourth and Johnny Murtagh's horses are running well.
