Sandspring has some reasonable form in testing conditions but it will be a surprise if this doesn't go to a three-year-old. Johnny Lynch proved a disappointment in his first season but should make a better three-year-old and Bainne made a promising reappearance on heavy ground at Cork. It's a surprise to see English Deer dropping back to the minimum trip after a fine effort over 7f at Gowran though he showed good pace throughout and should get competitive. RED QUEEN failed to fire on Polytrack on her final start last year but her earlier run over this track and trip puts her right in the picture and she's handed the vote.
