Verdict

Fils D'oudairies beat the very smart Sharjah in a Grade 3 over the track and trip in July but has to concede 8lb to the latter's stablemate ZARAK THE BRAVE here which looks beyond him. The first four-year-old to win the Galway Hurdle this century, he's likely to be a major player at the top table this season. The former's stable companion Party Central was well behind the selection at Galway and Anna Bunina was beaten a long way at Gowran on Friday..
