In depth

Verdict

CALL THE TAXIE has finished in the first four in all of his races since scoring between the flags. He's come up against some decent performers, including Tin Soldier and Champagne Classic, in his last two starts and will be unfortunate to meet one of their calibre here. Moroval has been making steady progress and gave Ask Nile, who runs in the Grade 3 earlier on the card, a race at Clonmel so further progress should see him in the frame. Gettysburg Address is saddled with a penalty for his bumper victory as he has been in his three runs over hurdles where he's performed with credit. He should be winning again soon while Mon Lino has been finding the minimum trip much too short and should do better now tackling a more suitable distance.
