The market is likely to provide pointers here but VINTAGE SUPREME showed enough on his debut behind Fickle Fortune at Down Royal to be handed the vote. Just in front of him that day was Jupitor, who had the benefit of a previous bumper run and who should again go well. Finish The Story won a point-to-point in October and made a strong start under Rules in a Cork bumper but he's been well beaten in two subsequent runs. Nevskij also showed a little promise at Clonmel in December and Luna Mar, who is related to winners on the Flat, can do best of the newcomers.
