Molly's Affair has yet to win and doesn't look to be progressing despite a slide down the ratings. Tom Mullins produced an outstanding training performance to get ANNIE ALAINN into the winner's enclosure at Downpatrick after almost three years off. It wasn't the greatest of races but there should be some improvement and David Mullins' claim should again aid her cause. Kilcross Boy started favourite in that latter race but was beaten almost five lengths. He's better off at the weights but had every chance and a strike-rate of 1-27 hardly inspires confidence. Sister Annie was also well supported and was in contention for a long way before weakening quickly. Hannah's Lane hasn't had much experience but ran her best race to date at Clonmel last month and can get into the frame again.
