HAPPY VICTORY was only moderate over hurdles but has done well between the flags, completing a double on the point-to-point course at Punchestown last month where he had Keenaghan Lass in second. Carrig Wells is consistent between the flags and battled hard to score at Knockanard while Lesssaidthebetter won very easily at Ballinaboola before finding a better race at Tinahely just beyond him. Sam Curling gets plenty of winners in these events and the lightly-raced Longhouse Star is improving.
