Luckyinmilan scored over hurdles at Fairyhouse on New Year's Day and ran his best race to date over fences over 2m7f here last month so looks on a fair mark in this rated event. Samson Bill was left in front two out at the latter track and galloped on strongly. That was over the minimum trip but he should have no problems with the extra. Positive Approach has yet to reach a place in nine starts over fences but SPARE BRAKES showed his liking for testing ground when scoring with a bit in hand at Clonmel. That was his handicap debut and he can make further progress so gets the vote over Goodthynemilan. Gordon Elliott's mare was having only her second start over fences when scoring at Punchestown in January then followed up over timber on this track.
