Verdict

Twice a winner over C&D including this race last year, GO GO GREEN has strong claims of going in again back at this level. Jim Goldie's charge is preferred to Select Committee, who steps up in trip and Frognal, who moves in the opposite direction. Red Cape is always a threat in these events and looks a danger along with Llewellyn, who won a couple of soft ground claimers back in June. Ansells Pride landed a seller on the Turf at Lingfield last time but has a more difficult task on today's terms.
