Redzone had been in winning form on the Tapeta before beaten at Carlisle though he still finished ahead of Ghathanfar, Dream Together and Captain Vallo last time. MANIGORDO (NAP) hasn’t won since scoring over track and trip over a year ago but is now 4lb lower and a recent second at Ripon suggests he can get his head back in front. As If By Chance had the measure of Late Arrival when winning at Nottingham earlier while Hail Sezer will be sharper for a recent comeback though was beaten by Kapono at Newcastle last autumn. Rhythm represents last year’s winning yard and could go well.
