SAFFA HILL just failed to catch Holy Roman Warrior over 7f at York last time giving the impression today's extra distance would suit. That looks good enough form to hold off the attentions of both Tidal Way and Trail Blaze, who were beaten less than a length on their latest starts. They look the best of those with experience though some of the newcomers are worth noting, especially Royal Lodge entry Mazeydd and the 90,000 euro filly Northern Jewel. Godolphin and Mark Johnston have landed the last two renewals so Ahzeemah and Princess Caetani are others to consider.
