      Verdict

A dreadful finale to the day's racing in which Complication gets the vote in the hope that there is more improvement to come from James Toller's filly and she is taken to again get the better of Boavista. Tim Easterby's filly is 8lbs better in with Complication for two-and-a-half lengths but is more exposed. Convex and Blues Princess have both slipped to attractive marks but remain out of form, while Blunham has a 6lb penalty for a narrow success at Catterick last time and may not appreciate the drop in trip. Petite Mac and Largs are probably better over the minimum trip so we side with Complication, who has more solid claims than most.
