      Verdict

      OH SO CHARMING carries a penalty for a very easy victory over the trip on good to soft ground in October. He'd made a promising start on this track so the lack of a run shouldn't be a concern. Devil's Kingdom is by Nathaniel out of a 5f winner so should have pace and stamina. He showed plenty of ability last season and Donald McCain should find a race for him. Owners Dream and Dreaming Spires are once-raced and expected to improve but The Malton Mauler found 1m2f much too far at Ripon. Kitten's Bay has a speedy pedigree so may not be suited by soft ground.
