Ravi River had dropped to a lowly mark when scoring at Musselburgh and a 6lb rise makes things more difficult. Dandy Nicholls is striking while the iron is hot with MUJAADEL, a very convincing winner at Catterick on Wednesday. That was over 7f but he's equally at home over the extra and his young rider's claim reduces his 6lb penalty by half. More Than Many has had very little racing but it would be no surprise to see him do well this season and he's one to keep an eye on while Fazza has been raised just 3lb for scoring at Newcastle and still looks on a very fair mark. Legal Legacy beat Rosbay by a neck over the C&D in September and there's very little between the pair on these terms with the former just preferred.
