    Verdict

Ready Freddie Go has won all four previous outings here, including the last two renewals of this. But he had an outing under his belt on both those occasions so GREAT STATE (NAP) is preferred today. The latter made a winning handicap debut when scoring easily at Southwell and has enough scope to defy a hike in the weights. Vespasian has been thereabouts on the all-weather over the winter and is fitted with combination of headgear for this while Sporting Hero is a dual novice winner handicapping for the first time on his reappearance. Mid Winster drops down in class while Runninwild won over 6f here last summer.
