        Verdict

        BRANDO made a winning return in a maiden race at Hamilton and is worth sticking with now handicapping. Course and distance winner Scent Of Summer faced a tough task on her handicap bow at York and should fare better in this while Straightothepoint ran well off today's mark at Chester last time. Flicka's Boy wasn't beaten far despite finishing only fourth at Beverley when just ahead of Something Lucky and Miss Mullberry will take advantage of her slide down the weights before long.
