      Verdict

DAVYDENKO (NAP) is penalised for winning over today’s trip at Windsor on his reappearance but Sir Michael Stoute’s colt scored with plenty in reserve and today’s opposition looks distinctly modest. Irv is the most exposed but hasn’t looked like winning in handicaps recently, though went close over 6f here the last time he raced in novice company. The remainder with experience have less to recommend them so it would be no surprise to see the newcomer Spiritual Command get involved.
