Verdict

Who Shot Jr made massive progress from his previous runs to score over 2m here a month ago for which he's penalised. Everything For You was in good form on the Flat before a decent first effort over timber at Wetherby but Fitzroy ran poorly on the latter track after a promising debut at Wincanton. Winning bumper Flic Ou Voyou was caught on the line on his hurdling debut at Chepstow then led for a long way at Wincanton. He'll take some catching though he's never raced on ground this testing unlike FUSEAU, who was staying on strongly at Plumpton and conditions are in his favour. Republican was well beaten into third here last time though the longer trip will suit but Malachys Girl looks as though she needs further. The Jitterbug was an easy winner between the flags in May of last year and is an interesting newcomer.
