Verdict

Paul Nicholls is striking while the iron is hot with POSH TRISH, who has hardly been out of a canter in her last two starts including at Wincanton on Boxing Day and a Newbury Listed contest earlier. She has a penalty to carry now and Passing Call, who completed a summer-ground hat-trick, will have a chance of reversing Newbury form on 5lb better terms. Indefatigable could hardly have won more easily at Uttoxeter last month and has only had four starts in her life while Oscar Rose ran a fine race in a Class 2 Cheltenham handicap last time and deserves a crack at this grade.
