It was fast ground when Sarenice won at Newton Abbot in July and the going was good at this track when Light The World was beaten only three lengths earlier this month. Fontwell winner Windpfeil is yet another with something to prove on today's surface, but DALRYMPLE won in testing ground at Huntingdon last month. Nick Ayliffe's charge has since gone very close again and makes more appeal than the likes of Benny The Swinger and Cruise In Style as the latter pair revert to hurdling.
