OWEN GLENDOWER is the selection in the nightcap with Sherminator and Nehemiah worthy of inclusion upon our shortlist. Nicky Henderson's charge was all the rage on debut but found just the one too good. Although there are a couple of dark horses in the field, it would be disappointing were he not able of righting that wrong. Sherminator is related to a number of sound two mile hurdlers in France. From a relatively unfashionable yard, he could give supporters a very good run for their money. Nehemiah has the edge of racecourse experience. Conditions will be testing this afternoon and he can make it count. Featherbed Lane looks a little one paced and he may be seen to better effect once hurdling. Milandale is a son of sire of the moment, Milan, though he made no impression at Chepstow on introduction. Irish Airman faded disappointingly on debut at Ascot having travelled prominently. Lion On The Prowl is a full brother to Let The Lion Roar. Despite an illustrious pedigree, he went suspiciously cheap at the sales at just 7500 guineas. The better of the two divisions and Owen Glendower is the pick in a race from which plenty of winners are likely to emerge.
