Verdict

JAY JAY REILLY built on his debut second over hurdles when beating the odds-on Midnight Legacy by nine lengths at Kempton. He carries a penalty but that is the best form on offer. Brilliant Present requires improvement but Paul Nicholls has won two of the last three renewals and saddles Gala De Corton, though he finished just behind Earth Company in the race won by his stablemate Knappers Hill at Wincanton. Key To The Moon was beaten a long way at Ffos Las after scoring at Ludlow.
