Dundridge Native makes as much appeal as anything in this line up and is selected ahead of Wizard Of Edge and Running Hot. Jim Best's mare has gone up by 11lbs for winning a modest race at Folkestone but this race wouldn't be a great deal stronger and she could still be ahead of the game. That was just her second start over fences and she still looks fairly weighted on her hurdling form. Wizard Of Edge is a pretty consistent sort and isn't too badly treated at present and he looks to hold a pretty decent each-way chance. Running Hot has a little more to prove as he is up in trip and has done his winning on softer ground than he'll encounter today. As he's up in the weights as well, he looks worth taking on. A market check is advised as one or two of these have shown form in the past that would make them of interest but are either returning from breaks or have to put a poor performance behind them. In comparison, Dundridge Native looks pretty solid and she's consequently selected.
