In depth

Verdict

This won’t take much winning but Nickelsonthedime is proving hard to predict and blinkers replace the usual cheekpieces here. Weaver‘s Answer has been thereabouts recently and is at the right end of the handicap. As long as there isn’t significant rain, conditions will suit GETUPEARLY who won a point on good ground a year ago and was second on a similar surface at Hereford in February when 4lb higher in the weights. Pedley Wood has placed the last twice and his yard is back in form but Looking For Larry has gone up 5lb for dead-heating at Exeter. Picks Lad is still unexposed and Dancingontheedge, just beaten here last month, also has claims with Bryony Frost’s presence in the saddle a positive.
