Verdict
Viking Ruby looked to be coming to hand when third in a higher grade at Market Rasen and Clondaw Dancer is still relatively unexposed over timber but KENDELU certainly wasn’t winning out of turn here two weeks ago. Second twice earlier over this trip, Nigel Hawke’s gelding is best on sharp tracks and can go close again. Flutiste has been getting closer but stamina might be an issue with Pottlerath also upped in distance. Colonel Manderson has been a disappointment so Mini Crest looks best of the rest.
