In depth

Verdict

Slate House showed a glimmer of his former ability when second to Killer Clown at Wincanton last month but former stable companion Highest Sun is best watched returning from a break as he’s only managed to win a match so far over fences. TOPOFTHECOTSWOLDS (NAP) has been quite highly tried since a good second to subsequent winner Palmer’s Hill at Wetherby in the autumn. He’s 4lb lower now and may be ready to end his losing run. Wigglesworth was still travelling when his tack gave way at Doncaster and he unseated his rider. He is not out of this and preferred to Revels Hill and Corrany.
