Murphy's Cardinal, Carronharry and Oracle des Mottes look the trio to focus on here, with Murphy's Cardianl taken to follow up some good efforts and take this prestigious prize. Carryonharry has not been seen under rules for more than a year when he finished in mid-division in nthe Foxhunters at Cheltenham, but he has won his last four point to points, and is very much respected. Oracle des Mottes is consistent, and ran well to be third at Cheltenham last time. It is worth noting though that his latest win under rules came over hurdles, and he is opposed despite some recent point wins. Murphy's Cardinal won the first six races of his career under rules, and although his form subsequently faded, he has won two points recently, and was only narrowly beaten at Towcester, where he made mistakes. Murphy's Cardinal can prove good enough here.
