In depth

Verdict

Despite a 7lb rise, the improving SHOOFLY MILLY is taken to follow up last month’s victory at Exeter as this sharp track should suit Jeremy Scott’s free-going sort. Honkytonktennessee won over fences at Huntingdon on his first run for Dan Skelton but has had only six days to recover. Derrick D'anjou was still beaten nine lengths when second off this mark at Southwell and It’s Oscar is 5lb higher than when runner-up at Hereford - the remainder have even less to recommend them.
