A record of one win from 14 starts over fences is evidence that Temple Lord is a bit of an enigma and he hasn't run for a while. That's The Deal is still 5lb higher than when scoring at Fakenham while Representingceltic, who rattled up a hat-trick in jumpers' bumpers over the winter, unseated his rider back over fences at Newbury. DASHING GEORGE's recent form figures don't make good reading but this represents a drop in grade and he's only 4lb higher than when making all at Sandown in February. He's preferred to Gentleman Anshan and Uttoxeter hurdles second Pret A Thou.
