Popaway was beaten under a length in this last year under Immy Robinson when Patricktom Boru and Bound For Glory were well beaten, though the latter had finished third in the race 12 months earlier. However, the veteran mare was a long way behind DABINETT MOON at Cheltenham last month and Claire Hardwick’s mount will be better suited by this shorter trip. Gina Andrews could get a tune out of Celtic Silver and Beggar's Velvet is another to consider but Midnight Appeal’s form under Rules last year left much to be desired.
