SALSIFY can repeat his victory in this of 12 months ago as he was as good as ever last season landing the Foxhunter Chase at Cheltenham, when Chapoturgeon, Keenan's Future and Coombe Hill all failed to finish, and the Champion Hunter Chase at Punchestown. The danger looks to be fellow Irish raider Tammys Hill, who beat the selection at Wexford and Down Royal last December before Rodger Sweeney's charge had his revenge at Leopardstown. Mossey Joe unseated his rider in that latter contest but has made amends since with victories at Gowran, Cork and Killarney and shouldn't be underestimated. Chapoturgeon and Rumbury Grey may be the best of the home team but will struggle to get involved.
