In depth

Verdict

North Hill makes a swift reappearance after falling when in touch at Southwell on Tuesday. Badbad Leroy Brown is also turned out again quickly after getting off the mark at Hereford last Sunday with Robert Hawker’s claim taking care of his penalty. Viking Mistress has only found one too good in two of her three starts since the turn of the year and Cheltenam De Vaige has also been knocking on the door lately. Goodnight Charlie is still near the foot of the weights, despite a win at Towcester, but LE BRAYE gets the nod as he wasn’t beaten far by a subsequent winner when third at Sedgefield last month and has been dropped 2lb since.
