In depth

Verdict

Ramensky made a winning return at Wolverhampton when beating a couple of horses from the Johnston stable. The latter yard run dual novice winner FRENCH INVASION in this and he gets the vote with further progress likely on his handicap debut. Regal Empire is a novice winner here also handicapping for the first time but stablemate Mighty River landed a handicap at Lingfield last month. Star Of Mayo and Corsican Caper are upped in trip with Oisin Murphy partnering the former.
