Verdict
Lover's Moon never looked like winning when third over track and trip last month though is weighted to beat Widaad, beaten five lengths here last time and fitted with headgear today. BYZANTIA hasn’t raced since June when placed at Lingfield but the Gosden yard has an impressive strike-rate on the Fibresand and she gets the vote with this extra distance expected to suit. Messalina had been thereabouts before struggling on her handicap debut and is preferred to Dream Round back at this level.
