The Luder had some decent form under Rules for Paul Nicholls and won a point-to-point at Garthorpe earlier this month. But he probably isn't as good as he once was and faces a more searching test here. Old Brigade won at Bangor last July but hasn't raced since finishing well beaten off this mark at Newton Abbot the following month and may struggle to give weight to ISLE OF INISHMORE. Tim Vaughan's charge was a comfortable winner over a similar trip at Ffos Las since finishing second over further at Fakenham and looks the one to beat today.
