Breaking Silence has yet to show his best form this year and, though this looks easier than his recent tasks, THE GENERAL LEE makes more appeal. The latter won a similar race under today's jockey at Ludlow three weeks ago and only has a bit to find with the top weight on today's terms. Poppy Day has gone very close in a couple of these events and will surely be winning one soon, but Locksmith ran nowhere near his best back over regulation fences at Warwick recently. Irish point-to-point winner Kilcascan is worth noting on his first start under Rules however.
