Porterinthejungle had some decent form in Ireland before dropping in the ratings and starting a winning run on Turf in the summer. All of her four victories were over 7f but she made all in the last two so dropping back shouldn't pose a problem. CAPLA SPIRIT has a good record here and was a bit unlucky not to have gained his second course victory a couple of weeks ago when impeded at a crucial stage. He's on the same mark and can go one better. Lost My Sock's only success came over 5f at Chester and he's been running well over that trip but Burrows Seeside has won twice over this trip at Newcastle. Annie Rose is generally thereabouts but has been beaten three times off this mark since winning at Catterick while Patsy Fagan has won twice at Lingfield but a victory on soft ground at Pontefract suggests he's adaptable.
