Steel City Boy had Porthgwidden Beach behind when scoring over C&D last time and a line through the runner-up gives him a similar chance to Bird Dog. The latter popped up at a massive price over 6f here last week but had earlier been well beaten by WRENINGHAM over track and trip. Pat Eddery's charge is holding his form well having gone close again at Wolverhampton last time and is fancied to return to winning ways back on this surface. Argentine is not out of this after an improved effort at Kempton in October and Mustafeed gets first-time blinkers for his Fibresand debut.
