    Twycross Warrior opened his account at Uttoxeter on Saturday but that’s earned him a penalty and he was a long way behind Cardigan Bay here last month, though is better off at the weights. APRES LE DELUGE (NAP) was running in strong company in novice events in December. Still unexposed, fitness shouldn’t be an issue and he may prove better than an opening mark of 114 would suggest. Steel Helmet was well beaten in a three-runner race here last month while Welland has saved his best so far for Market Rasen.
