Well beaten when favourite in a handicap at Newbury last time, CADZAND carries a double penalty for earlier wins at Warwick and Kempton but still has the beating of Only The Bold on these terms and may edge affairs for the Skelton yard. The latter arrives on the back of a course and distance success and should make a race of it while Fantomas makes his hurdling bow having placed in a couple of bumpers but the remainder are hard to recommend.
