      Verdict

      Surprise is steadily improving and was placed at Lingfield last time. She has claims if taking to this surface, but GOAL has proven form here and gets the vote. He never figured back over 7f last week but had finished a creditable second to Reachforthebucks over C&D before that and a similar effort today should be good enough to take this. Littlepromisedland was well beaten behind the selection last time, but Ocean's Dream Day may be capable of better on his Fibresand debut and Kyncraighe has shown some modest recent improvement.
