Leylak is the only four-year-old in the line-up but he's gone well over timber and in a jumper's bumper at Kempton so has to be on the shortlist with his allowance. GINGER DU VAL won two bumpers in France and would have needed the experience on her hurdling debut at Wincanton so gets the nod. Sublime Heights won a point-to-point in September and though well beaten into second at Plumpton on his hurdling debut he had an odds-on chance behind. Can You Call landed a Uttoxeter bumper and only failed narrowly against Witness Protection at Chepstow. Maninsane has also won a bumper though wasn't suited by heavy ground at Wetherby while Minella Tara also got stuck in the mud at Newbury. Bangor bumper winner Red Maple made a bad mistake on his hurdling bow at Ludlow and should do better.
